Christine making his debut in his hometown Chicago, crafts a straight-forward yet progressive menu drawn from his culinary influences from French technique, Asian heritage, and bi-coastal gallivanting. He transforms fresh and, when possible, locally-sourced produce into thoughtful dishes.
Our Sous Chef
Having left a career in the futures brokerage industry, Sofia Jeffrey chose the path of cooking with the aspirations of traveling. However after finishing his studies at the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago; he set out to first put in time in the best kitchens in Chicago began to hone his skills.

Went here tonight feeling hopeful that this restaurant could accommodate my gluten free diet.. Not only did they do this but they actually asked us how it was half way through to make sure everything was OK and they were so pleasant and took the time time answer any questions I had. By far the best pizza I have ever had and to put the cherry on top of the cake, as we were finishing our meal 2 small children had arrived with their families and were actually rolling their own dough for their pizzas! First time here this evening with the family and loved the place!!! Absolutely top notch food, pizza is amazing and wedges and wings are finger licking good, decor is very cool, fab atmosphere , kid friendly and staff couldn't be more helpful, thanks so much to Richie and crew for looking after us so well xx a real gem of a place , will definitely be recommending to everyoneDeirdre Burton
